There are weekends when we sing and leave feeling like we were reminded all over again why God called us to do this.
We sing almost every weekend, and while I never take the opportunity to minister for granted, sometimes you can find yourself simply going from one appointment to the next without realizing how much your own soul needs to be ministered to.
Saturday night, we watched someone give their heart to Jesus. Then Sunday morning, the Lord met us in such a special way. During our set, a pastor we have known for many years shared his testimony, and his words blessed us more than he probably realizes. Our entire group left feeling like we had been the ones who were fed.
Those are the moments that remind me why we sing. It is for the soul that needs Jesus. It is for the person who needs encouragement. And sometimes, it is for us too.
I am so thankful God allows me to serve Him through music and to do it alongside my family. Here’s to many more years of singing and watching God work. ❤️

We had such a GREAT weekend at Red Oak on Saturday and Adda Baptist Homecoming on Sunday. On Saturday evening ONE SAVED!!! PTL🙌 God is so Good!! The church told us 2 were saved the week before. Hey Ya’ll Jesus is the Answer!
